We can reach 90% of our service area within 45 minutes from depot, which keeps mobilisation costs reasonable for customers and gives us same-day-quote capability for nearby Canterbury-Bankstown suburbs. The depot has full glass-cutting and storage capacity on-site.

Local Greenacre, Auburn, and Bankstown customers can usually get a same-day measure visit because we're literally in the neighbourhood. Most other Sydney suburbs run 3-5 day measure-booking lead times due to scheduling and travel. We don't charge a measure-visit fee for any quote within our standard service radius — the visit is included.

Canterbury-Bankstown Council follows the standard NSW Building Code requirements for residential glass installations. Pool-fence inspection booking runs 5-7 working days post-install. AS/NZS 2208 glass certification and AS 1926.1 pool-fence compliance documentation is provided as standard.
