4. Facebook Messenger

When you message our Facebook Page, we receive your messages via the Facebook Messenger Platform. We use your Page-Scoped User ID to maintain your conversation history and provide continuity across interactions. We do not access your Facebook profile beyond the basic information (first name, last name) that Facebook provides when you message a Page.

5. AI-Assisted Communication

Our AI assistant may respond to your messages automatically. All AI responses are monitored and a human team member can take over the conversation at any time. If you prefer to speak with a person, simply ask and we will connect you with a team member.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely (hosted in Australia) with row-level security policies. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to deliver our services (e.g., payment processing via Stripe).

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
