Kwik Glass Greenacre Pty Ltd — Last updated March 2026
1. Validity
This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date issued.
2. Scope of Work
Quoted prices include measurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation of materials as specified in the proposal, unless otherwise stated.
3. Work Hours
Pricing is based on work performed during standard hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Evening or weekend installations are not included.
4. Measurement & Variations
Final dimensions will be confirmed by KwikGlaze Greenacre. Any changes to size, configuration, or product selection after final measurement may result in updated pricing.
5. Industry Standards
All materials supplied will meet standard industry tolerances, including colour variation, thickness, texture, and size (±3 mm).
6. Customer-Provided Measurements
KwikGlaze Greenacre is not responsible for errors arising from customer-provided measurements.
7. Exclusions
KwikGlaze Greenacre does not perform plumbing, tiling, demolition, electrical, painting, patching, waterproofing, or structural modification work. No rectification of walls, surfaces, substrates, or existing issues is included. Customer is responsible for ensuring all surfaces are ready and suitable for installation.
8. Site Conditions
If site conditions are unsafe, incomplete, or unsuitable for installation, KwikGlaze Greenacre reserves the right to pause works. It is the customer's responsibility to correct any issues before installation continues.
9. Tile, Waterproofing & Structural Disclaimer
KwikGlaze Greenacre is not responsible for:
- Cracked or damaged tiles (including decorative glass tiles)
- Compromised waterproofing
- Damage to timber architraves or substrates
Any rework or return visits required due to these issues are at the customer's cost.
10. Waterproofing Disclaimer
KwikGlaze Greenacre is not responsible for any waterproofing failure or resulting water damage. This includes leaks from failed or incorrect waterproofing, movement in substrates, or poor preparation by others. Installation over waterproofed or tiled areas is at the customer's risk.
11. Drilling Disclaimer
Our standard fixing points are at 200 mm and 1800 mm above finished floor level. We are not liable for damage to concealed plumbing or services in these areas. It is the client's responsibility to ensure no services are present prior to installation.
12. Customer-Supplied Products
When installing customer-supplied materials, KwikGlaze Greenacre is not liable for any damage, performance issues, or delays related to those items.
13. Warranty
KwikGlaze Greenacre provides a lifetime warranty on glass, leaks, and hardware for our supplied and installed glass products. This warranty does not cover:
- Building movement or settlement
- Waterproofing failure
- Structural defects or unstable substrates
- Cracked, loose, or damaged tiles
- Silicone discolouration or mould due to moisture
- Customer misuse or neglect
- Modifications or repairs by others
- Impact damage, scratches, or breakage from third parties
- Inadequate ventilation causing condensation or mould
- General wear and tear from normal use
- Use of incorrect cleaning product

14. Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of KwikGlaze Greenacre until full payment is received. We reserve the right to withhold installation, certification, or warranty support until the account is paid in full.
15. Inspection of Goods
All glass and mirrors must be inspected at the time of installation or pickup. Once accepted, KwikGlaze Greenacre takes no further responsibility for damage or defects unless covered under warranty.
16. Pickup & Packaging
All items are supplied unpackaged. Customers must bring a suitable vehicle capable of safely transporting glass and materials. Customers are responsible for loading. KwikGlaze Greenacre will not load vehicles and accepts no liability for damage or injury during loading or transport.
17. Freight Delivery
All freight deliveries are kerbside only. Unloading and movement of goods beyond kerbside is not included.
18. Delays
KwikGlaze Greenacre is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, shipping, or site-related issues.
19. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to commence production. Remaining balance is due on the day of installation, immediately upon completion of works. Until full payment is made, all products remain the property of KwikGlaze Greenacre. No warranty or compliance documents will be issued until payment is received.
20. Non-Payment & Collection
In case of non-payment, the customer agrees to cover all recovery costs, including legal and debt collection fees. A $35 fee applies to each failed or returned payment. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date; overdue amounts may incur interest at 10% per annum calculated daily until paid in full.
21. Changes & Variations
Only materials and works listed in the approved quote are included. Any changes require a signed variation or change order and may result in additional charges.
22. Limitation of Liability
KwikGlaze Greenacre is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, including incidental or consequential damages, arising from our work, supplied products, or delayed performance.
23. Order Acceptance
Proceeding with this order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the customer.

Protected Forever Guarantee
Lifetime workmanship warranty on glass, leaks, and hardware. If anything we installed fails, we fix it free. Exclusions listed in clause 13 apply.
Love It Guarantee
Not happy within 30 days of installation? We refund the full installation cost. The glass product is yours to keep. Claim must be made in writing within 30 days of completion. Applies to standard residential installations only.
Spotless Site Guarantee
We clean up after every job. If you find our mess after we leave, the installation is half price. Report within 24 hours of installation with photographic evidence.
Perfect Fit Guarantee
We adjust and fine-tune your installation until you're 100% satisfied. No time limit. No additional charge. Applies to adjustments within the original scope of work.
