Real The Ponds installs in our records. Frameless shower screens, glass balustrades, pool fencing & colorbond fencing — fixed quotes, lifetime workmanship warranty, AS/NZS 2208 certified glass.
The Ponds is master-planned community territory — homes here are uniformly 5-12 years old, designed around the 'Ponds' lake system. Bathroom and kitchen specs are consistent across the suburb because builders worked from a small set of floor plans. That actually helps us — we know the typical shower nook dimensions and quote with high confidence. 21 site photos is one of our highest counts.

Real engineering questions specific to The Ponds's housing stock and Western Sydney council requirements.
On 2-3 year old subdivision homes the civil works on adjacent lots are often still active. We schedule our material delivery and install windows around the landscaper's hand-off so spigot foundations cure properly and the pool-fence inspection passes first time. We also check finished-floor-levels on site before manufacturing because new builds occasionally have FFL adjustments that change shower-screen heights from the original plans.
Yes. Pavers need either core-drilled spigot mounts (cleanest finish) or surface-mount through-pavers with epoxy anchoring (faster but only suitable on bedded pavers, not floating). Compacted dirt or topsoil needs concrete pad pours under each spigot — we factor a same-day pad pour into the quote for any compacted-dirt foundation. Liverpool, Penrith and Blacktown councils all want the foundation type documented at inspection.
Long runs are typically more cost-effective per metre because mobilisation costs are factored once across the run rather than per-section. A 40m straight run costs less per metre than a 15m run with two corners. Western Sydney backyards back onto rail corridors, parkland, or canal reserves on many streets so 40m+ runs come up regularly. Long-run quotes include corner-post bracing for wind tolerance.
No — the prevailing winds don't carry salt this far inland. Standard 304 stainless and powder-coated aluminium hardware is fine. We reserve marine-grade 316 stainless for installs within ~3km of beach (Cromer / Umina / direct coastal). Quoting marine-grade for inland Western Sydney would be over-spec at customer expense.

“Got these guys to do a challenging shower screen in a small space — completely blew me away with the result. Love it. Highly recommend.”
“We organised our shower screen installation back in November 2025 through Christine. At the time there were no French screens available, but the team made it work and the result is excellent.”
“Trusty and strong — recommend.”
