Every quote is fixed-price after a free in-home measure — no 'from $X' bait-and-switch.

Standard turnaround is 5-10 business days from accepted quote to install. Free in-home measure usually within 2-3 days of enquiry. Manufacturing 3-5 business days. Yes — AS 1926.1 retrofits are one of our most-requested jobs. Many 1990s-2000s aluminium pool fences fail current standards (gate self-closing tolerance, climbable-zone clearances, panel-to-ground gap >100mm). We retrofit to compliance without rebuilding the full backyard, including council inspection sign-off. Like updating a smoke detector — the inspector won't sign off without it.

Lifetime workmanship warranty on every install — if anything moves, leaks, or fails on workmanship grounds, we come back and fix it at no charge. Glass itself carries the AS/NZS 2208 manufacturer's warranty (typically 10 years against defects). 5+ years in business with zero leak callbacks across 2,000+ installations.

Frameless gives the cleanest look — no top rail, no side hardware visible — but needs perfectly plumb walls (or custom-templating to compensate). Semi-frameless has a thin chrome or matte-black frame around the door which lets it work on slightly-out-of-plumb walls. For Federation/period homes with brick walls 5-15mm out of plumb, semi-frameless is often the smarter call (or frameless with custom-templating which adds 1 week to the timeline).

We don't do repairs — only full replacements. Toughened safety glass (which is what every shower screen is made from per AS/NZS 2208) cannot be repaired structurally; once it cracks or chips it needs to come out. We DO replace single panels of an existing screen if the rest of the screen + hardware is in good shape — that's a cheaper option than a full rebuild.

Yes — every quote includes a free in-home measure visit. We come to your property, measure the wet area or pool perimeter, photograph the install context, and quote on the spot. No deposit required to book the measure. The fixed-price quote is then valid for 30 days.
